operating model evaluations.Strong healthcare payer domain expertise across Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and EDI transactions.Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and stakeholder management.Familiarity with Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern QE
