Visit us at UST.com.\nJob Description:\n\nKey Responsibilities-\nLinux Developer Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software applications and platform components.\nDevelop and enhance Linux kernel modules, device drivers, and system services as required.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software, kernel, and system-level issues. Analyze system performance and implement optimization solutions.\nDevelop automation scripts for build, deployment, testing, and monitoring.\nCollaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams.\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design activities.\nSupport software integration, validation, and product releases.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in Linux software development.\nStrong programming skills in C/C++.\nExperience with Linux user-space and system programming.\nStrong knowledge of Linux operating system concepts and internals.\nExperience with multi-threading, IPC mechanisms, and networking.\nFamiliarity with shell scripting (Bash) and automation tools.\nExperience using Git and build systems such as Make, CMake, or Yocto.\nPreferred Qualifications :\nExperience with Linux kernel development and device driver programming.\nKnowledge of Embedded Linux, Yocto, Buildroot, and BSP customization.\nUnderstanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and SSH.
