z/OS components.Support and manage ICSF (Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility), including key lifecycle and cryptographic operations.Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.Participate in system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.Analyze system logs, dumps, and diagnostics to resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with application, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams in a hybrid (z/OS + cloud) environment.Ensure adherence to configuration standards, documentation, and operational best practices.Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and operational readiness.Required Qualifications5-8 years of hands-on experience supporting z/OS systems in a production environmentStrong knowledge of CICS configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshootingExperience with TLS, encryption protocols, and secure communications on z/OSHands-on experience with ICSF, cryptographic services, and key managementExperience maintaining and monitoring tools such as BMC MainView, BMC Datastream, Dynatrace, or similar platformsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills using system logs, dumps, and IBM tools\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid technology environment and manage multiple priorities\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with JES2, VTAM, TCP/IP stack configuration, or related subsystems\nFamiliarity with RACF or other enterprise security tools\nExperience with SMP/E, system upgrades, and maintenance processes\nKnowledge of automation tools such as REXX, z/OS scripting, or orchestration frameworks\nExperience with DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible, Git, Jenkins) in hybrid environments\nExperience supporting USS, Java, and Python runtime environments on z/OS\nExposure to hybrid integration patterns between z/OS and cloud platforms\nExperience working in large enterprise or regulated
