Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat you need:\n8-10 years of experience with Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Chatbots, and prompt engineering.\nStrong understanding of testing and evaluation methods for LLM-powered agents, including prompt validation, output reliability, and user feedback loops.\nProficiencyin LangChainand LangGraphfor agentic workflows and orchestration. Familiarity with FastMCPand MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool integration.\nProficiencyin Python for AI/ML development.\nExperience building services with FastAPI.\nProficiencywith Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical solutions with merchant use cases.\nAbility to adapt quickly, learn complex systems, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST providesa reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Arkansas\nCompensation Range:$72,000 - $108,000\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employeesaccruea minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year(pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leaveand jury duty. Theyare eligible to participatein the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Planwith employer matching.
