The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, modern APIs, databases, and cloud-native development, along with proven technical leadership experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead application design, development, code reviews, and technical delivery.\nDesign and develop applications using C#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to developers. Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.\nTroubleshoot complex production and application performance issues.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.\nDevelop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.\nSupport microservices and cloud-native application development. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat You Need\nRequired\n8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on .NET/C# expertise.\nStrong experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8, Web API, REST APIs, and Entity Framework Core.\nGood knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.\nStrong experience with SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.\nExperience with Azure services and cloud-based application development.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of SOLID principles, dependency injection, secure coding, and application architecture.\nExperience leading developers, conducting code reviews, and resolving technical challenges.\n• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in healthcare or health insurance applications.\nExposure to Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Service, API Management, and Application Insights.\nKnowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular or React.\n• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\nLocation & Compensation\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
