The Role

UST is searching for an experienced Onsite Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of multi-project engagement at the client’s location.

What You’ll Do

·Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of programs involving post-silicon and pre-silicon semiconductor validation and lab operations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality objectives

··Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact and build strong relationships with the stakeholders

·Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement

·Drive risk management, issue resolution and implement corrective and preventive actions

·Conduct team meetings and project review meetings with client

·Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices

··Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement

·Manage performance and schedule of team members

What You Need

·10+ years of relevant experience

··5+ years in Program/Project Management

·Good knowledge of Semiconductor Industry

·Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in enterprise environments

·Strong understanding and experience with client or server computing products in their design/validation/manufacturing

·Good Knowledge of client/server HW and subsystems like Graphics, PCIe, USB, Memory, Storage, Connectivity

··Good understanding of components like BIOS, Firmware, drivers

··Experience in planning and managing inventory and lab infrastructure for program execution

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Folsom, California

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
