Visit us at .\nPharma SME Leader\nWe are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence within our Discovery and Preclinical business unit. Serve as the domain anchor for UST's Life Sciences business by combining deep pharmaceutical industry expertise with consultative selling, solution innovation, and market-facing leadership. Drive the creation of industry solutions, IP, accelerators, and AI-enabled offerings while supporting strategic pursuits, customer conversations, and growth initiatives across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Lab Informatics domains.\nKey Responsibilities\nIndustry Solution Development\n·Create industry-specific solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for Life Sciences customers.\n·Identify unmet market needs and translate them into differentiated offerings.\n·Partner with AI, engineering, and delivery teams to build next-generation Life Sciences IP.\n·Shape use cases around GenAI, Agentic AI, Digital Labs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality.\nGo-to-Market (GTM)\n··Develop domain-led GTM strategies and campaign themes.\n·Build solution narratives, value propositions, and industry messaging.\n·Support analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and thought leadership.\n··Create business cases and ROI models for customer transformation initiatives.\nCustomer Advisory & Consultative Selling\n·Lead executive-level customer discussions.\n·Act as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences executives.\n·Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic assessments.\n·Translate customer challenges into transformation roadmaps.\nStrategic Pursuits & Proposals\n··Support large pursuits, RFPs, and strategic opportunities.\n·Contribute domain inputs to solution shaping and competitive positioning.\n·Participate in proposal reviews, customer presentations, and deal strategy sessions.\n·Drive win themes and business-value articulation.\nInnovation & Capability Building\n·Establish industry communities of practice.\n··Mentor consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams.\n·Bring external innovation trends into UST offerings.\n·Build partnerships with industry vendors, research organizations, and academia.\nPreferred Background\n·15-25+ years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, Clinical Research, Consulting, or Life Sciences Technology organizations.\n·Experience leading transformation programs or industry practices.\n··Strong exposure to one or more:\noDiscovery Research\noPreclinical\noClinical Development\noLab Informatics\noRegulatory Affairs\noQuality & Manufacturing\noPharmacovigilance\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
