Visit us at .\nSummary:\nUST is looking for PMO AI Solutions & Enablement Lead\nRole Summary\nSeeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive AI adoption within the PMO through solution design, governance, process transformation, and capability building.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the PMO AI strategy, governance framework, and roadmap.Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.Lead 2 to 3 AI solutions from concept through pilot and implementation.Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.Establish testing, responsible AI, data, security, and integration standards.\nDevelop reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, and solution patterns.\nBuild PMO AI capabilities and mentor AI Champions.\nDefine ownership, support models, and an 18 to 24-month transition roadmap.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience with Generative AI and AI-enabled business solutions.\nStrong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and AI workflows.\nExperience with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and integrations.Experience moving AI solutions from concept to production.Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and process-transformation skills.Ability to coach technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred\nPMO experience, AI product management, enterprise knowledge management, Microsoft AI technologies, OpenAI/Codex, and experience in governed enterprise environments.\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
