Solution Design & Architecture\nSupport end-to-end solutioning for Digital Workplace Services opportunities.\nDevelop solution architectures, service descriptions, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.\nDesign AI-enabled workplace solutions that improve:\nEmployee experience\nProductivity\nOperational efficiency\nDefine assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, risks, customer responsibilities, and third-party responsibilities.\nEnsure solutions align with customer objectives, operational requirements, and delivery capabilities.\n2. Presales & Bid Support\nContribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and client presentations.\nConduct customer discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and assessments.\nDevelop:\nSolution proposals and response documents\nClient presentations and bid-orals decks\nExecutive narratives and supporting solution artefacts\nLeverage Generative AI tools to accelerate proposal development, solution documentation, and content creation.\nAddress technical, operational, and commercial questions related to proposed solutions.\n3. Estimation & Commercials\nDevelop effort estimates, costing inputs, resource models, and technology requirements.\nWork with Pricing, Finance, and Delivery teams to validate solution cost, feasibility, and competitiveness.\nParticipate in solution reviews, risk reviews, and commercial approval processes.\nEnsure proposed commitments are measurable, deliverable, and commercially viable.\n4.
