product strategy and organizational goals Requirements & Backlog Management\nGather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders\nCreate and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria\nWrite epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with sufficient technical depth\nManage scope and prevent scope creep through effective negotiation with business and technical teams Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery\nAct as the single point of contact for product decisions and trade-offs\nFacilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders\nParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Technical Leadership\nLead technical design discussions and architectural decisions for payment gateway features\nReview technical proposals and provide constructive feedback\nEnsure solutions align ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Experience\n5+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Ownership roles\n3+ years of hands-on experience with payment gateway systems, payment processors, or fintech products\nProven experience managing complex, regulated software products\nBackground in B2B SaaS or enterprise software preferred Technical Skills\nStrong understanding of payment systems and payment flows (authorization, settlement, reconciliation)\nKnowledge of payment gateway APIs and integration patterns\nFamiliarity with payment security standards (PCI-DSS, tokenization, encryption)\nUnderstanding of database systems, APIs,\nAbility to read and understand technical documentation and code (not necessarily write code) Core Competencies\nStrategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nProject management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies\nBusiness acumen and understanding of financial/payment industry metrics\nAttention to detail, especially regarding
