direct engagement with US-based clients.Ability to manage executive-level communications, governance meetings, and stakeholder expectations.Experience presenting project status, risks, KPIs, and escalation plans.People ManagementProven experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams.Experience managing teams of 25+ members.\nStrong skills in:Performance management\nCoaching and
