Project Manager I - Technical Program Manager The Role UST is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in hardware development, firmware integration, NPI execution, cloud telemetry/diagnostics, FMEA coordination, and end-to-end hardware lifecycle management. This role requires a technically strong program leader who can drive cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, and cloud service teams to deliver high-quality hardware programs at scale. What You’ll Do Lead and execute cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, operations, suppliers, and cloud service teams. Own program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting. Coordinate hardware engineering activities across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation teams. Drive firmware readiness (BIOS, BMC, diagnostics) and align them with hardware development milestones. Lead NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), factory readiness, and build execution, ensuring smooth transition to mass production.
