Visit us at .\nSummary:\nUST is looking for a Project Manager(Supply Chain Management) who leads the end-to-end project management and closure of critical business-process blockers. The role will coordinate internal functions and suppliers, establish clear ownership, manage metrics and dependencies, and provide fact-based visibility to leadership until actions are sustainably closed.\nKey Responsibilities\n··Drive cross-functional action plans across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and supplier teams.\n·Create and maintain an integrated blocker tracker covering priority, owner, due date, dependency, risk, recovery plan, escalation, and closure evidence.\n·Lead structured blocker reviews, challenge overdue commitments, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through.\n·Identify critical-path risks early and coordinate mitigation or recovery plans before business, build, or delivery impact occurs.\n·Escalate unresolved issues with a concise problem statement, impact, options, recommendation, decision required, and accountable owner.\n··Provide clear weekly dashboards and executive summaries covering progress, aging, risks, decisions, and support required.\nRequired Skills\n··Cross-Functional Leadership-Aligns diverse functions and suppliers, resolves conflicting priorities, and influences stakeholders without direct authority.\n·Risk & Blocker Management-Identifies risks early, prioritizes by business impact, manages dependencies and critical path, and drives mitigation, escalation, and closure.\n·Project Execution & Accountability-Maintains rigorous ownership, milestones, action tracking, governance cadence, and closure evidence; consistently follows through on commitments.\n·Data-Driven Problem Solving-Uses facts, root-cause methods, KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis to frame issues, support decisions, and measure execution progress.\nProject Management Competencies\n··Critical-path, milestone, and dependency management.\n·Stakeholder mapping, governance, and escalation management.\n·Executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and action-aging analysis.\n·Change control, meeting facilitation, and closure validation\nEssential Soft Skills\n·Clear, concise, and confident communication at working-team and leadership levels.\n·Strong ownership, urgency, persistence, and follow-through.\n··Ability to constructively challenge, manage conflict, and build consensus.\n·Comfort working in ambiguity and coordinating across functions, suppliers, time zones, and cultures.\nPreferred Experience & Qualifications\n·Demonstrated project management experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, or operations environments.\n·Experience driving complex cross-functional issue resolution involving both internal teams and external suppliers.\n·Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with, project-management platforms, or workflow dashboards is preferred.\n·Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.\nSuccess Measures\n··Reduction in aging and overdue critical blockers.\n·Improved on-time completion of actions and milestones.\n·Earlier identification and mitigation of execution risks.\n·Clearer ownership, faster decisions, and stronger stakeholder visibility.\n·Sustainable closure supported by evidence, not temporary status movement.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n··Experience with 5-10 years of experience\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
