Visit us at .\nSummary:\nUST is looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Reverse Value Chain, Toolkit Management, and Advanced Return Management (ARM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP ABAP background, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and a proven track record delivering solutions for leading semiconductor organizations\nThe Opportunity:\nLead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.\nGather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.\nConfigure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nWhat you need:\nRequired Skills:\n12+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.Strong knowledge of:Advanced Return Management (ARM)Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing\nToolkit/Asset Management\nMM, SD, LE, and QM modules\nQuality Notifications\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.\nPreferred Skills:\nSAP BTPBRF+SAP Fiori/UI5CDS Views, OData Services, and HANA developmentAgile/SAP Activate delivery methodologyQualification:\nBachelors’ degree is fine\n\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
