The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP security, user administration, role design, authorizations, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and security governance across SAP landscapes.\nThis role is responsible for ensuring secure and compliant access to SAP systems through effective user and role management, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, audit support, and ongoing security administration. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, auditors, and global support teams to maintain SAP security standards and support critical business operations.\nKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister SAP users, roles, profiles, and authorizations across multiple SAP environments.Design, create, modify, and maintain SAP security roles based on business and compliance requirements.Perform user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in accordance with established security policies.Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, and risk mitigation activities.Support SAP GRC processes, including Access Control, Access Risk Analysis, and Emergency Access Management.Participate in periodic user access reviews and certification activities.Investigate and resolve SAP authorization issues and security-related incidents.Collaborate with business users and functional teams to define and validate role requirements.Prepare and support internal and external audits by providing security documentation, reports, and evidence.Monitor compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.Perform security impact assessments for system changes, projects, and enhancements.Maintain security documentation, role design standards, and operational procedures.\nSupport production incidents, security requests, and change management activities.\nWork closely with global teams to ensure consistent SAP security governance and operational support.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong experience in SAP Security and Authorizations.\nExpertise in SAP user administration, role maintenance, and access management.\nHands-on experience with SAP GRC and compliance-related processes.\nStrong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation.\nExperience supporting audit activities, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization and security issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience working in a production support environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA environments.Knowledge of SAP Identity and Access Management concepts.Experience with workflow-based access provisioning and security governance frameworks.Familiarity
