Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.\nWith us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.\nVisit us at UST.com.\nYou Are:\nUST is searching for a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with a strong commercial/business domain background to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.\nThe opportunity:\n·Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI and reporting solutions using Power BI.\n·Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.\n·Develop and maintain enterprise data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.\n·Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.\n·Utilize Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.\n·Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n··Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure data quality and reliability.\n··Work closely with data engineering and business teams to implement best practices for BI development.\n·Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytical initiatives.\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat you need:\n··7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.\n·Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.\n·Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.\n·Strong knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.\n·Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.\n·Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.\n··Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n·Experience working with commercial/business operations data is preferred.\nBenefits\nEmployees receive eleven (11) paid holidays, two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year, and are eligible for health, dental, disability and life insurance.\nWhat we believe:\nWe proudly embrace the values that have shaped UST since day one.
