This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of workplace transformation, office relocation, infrastructure migration, and modernization programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Program Delivery\nLead multiple concurrent technology and infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.Manage project financials, vendor engagements, procurement activities, and resource planning.Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.Workplace & Infrastructure Transformation\nLead office relocation, office expansion, workplace modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.Oversee data center migrations, consolidations, and infrastructure relocation projects.Coordinate technology workstreams including network readiness, workstation deployments, collaboration tools, conferencing systems, and infrastructure cutovers.\nEnsure seamless service transitions with minimal business disruption.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, facilities, workplace technology groups, and external vendors.\nDrive decision-making, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive stakeholder engagement.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communications.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.\n 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading large-scale technology, infrastructure, or transformation initiatives.\nProven experience managing global and cross-functional projects with distributed and virtual teams.Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and delivery execution.Experience leading stakeholder discussions and driving decisions with senior and executive leadership.Working knowledge of infrastructure, workplace technology, and software delivery environments (technical SME expertise not required).Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, customer relationship, and change management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, vendors, and teams simultaneously.Ideal Candidate\nA strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager with a proven track record of leading global technology and infrastructure transformation programs.
