extract and analyze data required for production troubleshooting and incident resolution.Investigate application behavior, logs, s, and system anomalies to identify root causes and support timely incident resolution.Develop a holistic understanding of Azure-hosted application architecture, application components, integrations, and technical dependencies.Support incident management, change management, and operational workflows in an environment with frequent application releases.Analyze recurring production patterns to enable proactive issue detection and improve application
