The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure compensation processes are aligned with organizational goals and integrated seamlessly with payroll operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure, implement, and support Workday Advanced Compensation solutions.\nLead compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and promotional adjustments.\nPartner with HR and Total Rewards teams to design and optimize compensation frameworks and guidelines.\nConfigure compensation eligibility rules, budgets, compensation grades, and compensation plans in Workday.\nCollaborate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation-to-payroll integration and processing.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve compensation and payroll integration issues.\nSupport Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements related to compensation modules.\nCreate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation decision-making.\nProvide production support and recommend best practices for compensation processes.\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Compensation, or Workday Consulting.\nStrong hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and implementation.\nExperience with Workday Payroll Integration and related data flows.\nProven experience participating in or leading Workday implementation and enhancement projects.\nStrong understanding of compensation planning, merit cycles, bonus administration, and total rewards programs.\nExperience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, business processes, and security concepts.\nExperience supporting global compensation programs.\nKnowledge of payroll reconciliation and post-payroll validation processes.\nExposure to Workday integrations, EIBs, and reporting frameworks.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMaster’s degree is preferred.\nMandatory Certifications\nWorkday Pro HCM Core Certification\nWorkday Compensation Certification\nWorkday Advanced Compensation Certification\nCertified through Workday Partner Services\nActive Implementer Access to Workday environments\nRequired Skills\nWorkday Advanced Compensation\nWorkday Compensation\nWorkday HCM Core\nWorkday Payroll Integration\nCompensation Planning\nMerit & Bonus Cycles\nWorkday Configuration\nBusiness Process Design\nReporting & Analytics\nStakeholder Management\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment\nWhat We Believe\nWe're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
