Install and configure operating systems (Linux, Windows, VMware) and drivers.\n·      Perform BIOS, CPLD, FW, VR, and BMC installation/flashing, including chipset driver updates.\n·      Connect systems to network environments using DHCP/Static IP configurations.\n·      Receive and investigate hardware/software issues reported by engineering teams.\n·      Develop and implement debug tools and procedures to accelerate issue resolution.\n··Â      Perform root cause analysis of hardware/software failures and document findings.\n··Â      Work with engineers across firmware, hardware, and systems teams to debug and resolve platform issues.\n·      Maintain detailed documentation of hardware/software configurations, debug activities, and results. Train and mentor new engineers on debug procedures, tools, and platform setup.\n·      Support customers by troubleshooting and resolving platform-level issues.\n·      Stay current on emerging hardware, firmware, and software technologies.\n \nÂ\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
