Application Architect (Agentic AI / .NET): Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft technologies. This role requires an individual who can define solution architecture while actively contributing to development activities as a senior developer. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing and building AI-driven conversational solutions, including IVR and Agentic AI applications, while guiding engineering teams on architecture, development standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities\nDefine end-to-end solution architecture for Agentic AI and conversational AI applications.\nAct as a hands-on architect and contribute directly to design, development, and code reviews.\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies and modern architectural patterns.\nLead technical discussions and mentor development teams on architecture standards and implementation best practices.\nDesign and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework or similar Agentic AI platforms.\nDrive Agentic AI adoption, including agent orchestration, agent skills, and evaluation frameworks.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport integration of AI solutions with IVR systems, enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services.\nDefine and promote Agentic SDLC practices and specification-driven development methodologies.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Windsurf to enhance engineering productivity.\nEnsure solutions adhere to security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards. Tech /B.E. /MCA Experience:\nOverall Experience: 10+ Years\nArchitecture Experience: 5+ Years\n.NET Development Experience: 10+ Years\nAgentic AI / Gen AI Exposure: Preferred\nHealthcare Domain Experience: Preferred Skills and Competencies:\n10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core development.\nStrong experience in MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.\nProven experience performing both Application Architect and Senior Developer responsibilities.\nGood understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and capabilities.\nExperience designing or supporting Call Center IVR and Agentic AI-based applications.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Agent Framework or similar Agentic AI frameworks.\nKnowledge of Agentic AI Evaluations (Evals) and quality assessment methodologies.\nUnderstanding of Agentic SDLC and AI application lifecycle management.\nUnderstanding of Agent Skills, agent orchestration, and multi-agent architectures.\nExperience working with SQL Server and/or Sybase databases.\nFamiliarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis.\nExperience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.\nProficiency with Git version control.\nExperience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
