Visit us at .\nSummary:\nUST is looking for PDC Planning & Supply Chain IT Coordinator will serve as the primary support contact for Planning and Supply Chain systems, providing functional assistance, user training, data support, and system maintenance activities. The role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support system implementations, and drive user adoption across business teams.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\n1. SAP Support & User Enablement\n··Act as the first level of support for SAP-related user queries and issues.\n·Provide guidance on SAP navigation, system structure, and planning/purchasing transactions.\n·Conduct user training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.\n·Support business users in executing daily operational activities within SAP.\n·Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when required.\n2. BI & Data Analytics Support\n·Support users in navigating Tableau and other Business Intelligence dashboards.\n·Assist in report interpretation and data analysis.\n·Provide basic troubleshooting for dashboard and reporting issues.\n·Help maintain data accuracy and ensure users can effectively leverage reporting tools.\n·Support ongoing adoption and utilization of analytics solutions.\n3. PDC Submission System Administration\n··Monitor and track PDC submissions to ensure timely completion.\n··Follow up with stakeholders on pending submissions.\n·Update and maintain backend ownership and assignment tables.\n·Ensure system records remain current and aligned with organizational changes.\n·Generate status reports and provide submission-related updates as needed.\n4. Systems Implementation & Go-Live Support\n·Provide functional support during system implementation projects.\n··Assist users during go-live and stabilization periods.\n··Address system-related questions and operational issues post go-live.\n·Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve user concerns.\n·Support change management and user adoption activities.\n5. System Maintenance & Continuous Improvement\n·Update systems to reflect process ownership and organizational changes.\n·Support routine system maintenance activities.\n·Assist with small Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) and process enhancements.\n·Maintain system documentation, user guides, and support materials.\n·Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience working with SAP, including production planning, purchasing, or supply chain processes.Experience with Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to train and support end users.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting business applications and system implementations is preferred.\nExpected Deliverables\nTimely resolution of user queries and support tickets.\nEffective user training and knowledge transfer.Accurate maintenance of PDC submission and ownership data.Successful support during system implementations and go-live activities.Continuous improvement recommendations and execution of minor system enhancements.What we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
