Including HIPAA Standard 5010 layout (834 file), proprietary file layout, inloadschema for accuracy and to be able to provide feedback.\nCollaborates and partners with internal and external customers including team members and other departments to deliver flawless first client implementations and renewals.\nCreate, enhance, and develop SQL queries for data integration, and data cleansing.\nDevelop and maintainelectronic files using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, Solarwindsand C#.\nResponsible for managing, prioritizing, and completing open service requests for existing products and services in a timely mannerto support our clients and vendors. Escalates when necessary.\nCompetently documents or enhances processes/procedures to promote streamlined processes for the Software Analyst team to ensure team members can competently complete service requests.\nThis position description identifiesthe responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat You Need\nRequired\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nStrong Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and C# knowledge.\n• Proficiencyin using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)\nPreferred\nKnowledge of project management and documentation.\nKnowledge of third-party administrator industry processes and understanding of the healthcare industry\n• Experience with software development methodology(such as Scrum/Agile) and writing effective documentation.\nLocation & Compensation\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
