Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder CollaborationPartner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, pain points, and success measures.Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams during product discovery to define problems, validate assumptions, and identify value-driven opportunities.Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, architecture, and UX teams.Product Discovery & Strategy SupportSupport discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, workshops, and hypothesis validation.Translate insights into actionable product requirements and prioritized initiatives.Contribute to defining MVPs and strategic product direction.Product Backlog OwnershipOwn, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and strategic priorities.Refine and sequence backlog items to ensure efficient and predictable delivery.Requirements DefinitionConvert business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.\nDevelop Gherkin-style acceptance criteria to ensure alignment between business and engineering teams.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nWork closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and UX teams to define solutions and assess trade-offs.\nFacilitate decision-making to ensure optimal product outcomes.\nAgile Delivery Management\nLead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure development teams remain focused, unblock impediments, and drive continuous delivery.\nRisk, Dependency & Release Management\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, rollout execution, and post-launch validation.\nAI-Enabled Product Ownership\nLeverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and similar solutions to accelerate product documentation, research, backlog refinement, and requirement creation.Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and product delivery through AI-driven workflows.Required QualificationsEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of Product Ownership/Product Management experience;
