In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, coordinating deliverables, building and managing project timelines, and driving execution through Agile ways of working. \nYou'll partner closely with the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Products Director and a range of technical and business stakeholders to keep a high-visibility program moving with precision and pace. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, knows how to bring structure without bureaucracy, and is fluent in Agile, not just familiar with it.\nThe opportunity:\n·Coordinate and manage project deliverables across the Document Management program \n·Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and tracked \n·Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming \n·Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive resolution proactively \n·Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates \n·Partner with technical and business teams to align on priorities and deliverables\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat you need: \n·5–8 years of project or program management experience, with a focus on technology programs. \n·Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent) \n·Experience with document management platforms (SharePoint, OpenText, or similar) a plus \n·Comfort with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, or similar Agile Methodology \n·Expertise — Intermediate to advanced; must be able to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprints independently \n··Project Timeline Development & Management - Advanced; must be able to build timelines from scratch and manage to them in a dynamic environment\n··Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination - Intermediate to advanced; must be comfortable managing competing priorities across business and technical teams\nBenefits\nEmployees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
