Technical Project Manager - SAP Logistics

The Role

UST is searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager - SAP Logistics with 10–15 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in managing end-to-end SAP Logistics implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, proven project management experience, and hands-on exposure to SAP Logistics modules including MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM, and LE.

The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP transformation initiatives, managing stakeholders, coordinating technical and functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

··Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.

·Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.

·Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams.

·Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business requirements.

·Manage SAP Logistics integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.

··Lead technical activities including data migration, interface development, system integration, testing, and cutover planning.

·Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

·Manage project governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management processes. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.

·Support UAT, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.

What You Need

·10–15 years of overall SAP experience. Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience leading SAP projects.

·Strong experience in SAP Logistics modules: SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management) SAP TM (Transportation Management) SAP LE (Logistics Execution)

·Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

·Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Logistics processes and architecture.

··Experience managing technical workstreams including: Data Migration Integration and Interfaces IDocs, APIs, Middleware SAP Fiori Applications Testing & Deployment Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

·Strong stakeholder, vendor, and customer management skills.

·Experience managing global onsite-offshore teams.

·Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

·SAP Certification in Logistics modules.

··Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Supply Chain domains.

·Knowledge of SAP Ariba, IBP, GTS, or BTP is an added advantage.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid- Dallas, Texas

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
