The role involves validating data pipelines, migrations, and end-to-end ETL workflows while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, quality, and regulatory compliance. US Healthcare experience is highly preferred. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts, and be willing to work overlap hours until 10:30 PM IST. Requirements:\n5+ years’ experience with at least 2+ years in Healthcare Data Testing in requirement analysis, test design, data preparation, execution, and reporting.\nPerform end-to-end ETL and data warehouse testing.\nValidate data ingestion, transformation, and loading in GCP BigQuery.\nDevelop and execute complex data validation tests.\nUse complex SQL for data reconciliation and verification.\nValidate data movement across SQL Server, BigQuery, and source systems.\nValidate source-to-target mappings and data integrity.\nCollaborate with technical and business teams on requirements and data workflows.\nIdentify, track, and resolve ETL and data quality defects.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.\nPrepare test reports and maintain documentation.\nShare quantitative and qualitative findings with developers.\nExecute manual and automated functional tests.\nExperience with VSTS/Azure DevOps and JIRA.\nManage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\nKnowledge of UAT, smoke, regression, API, and defect testing.\nGood understanding of Agile practices.\nAttend offshore, onsite, and client meetings as required.\nDemonstrate UST’s values of humility, humanity, and integrity.\nWork overlap hours until 10:30 PM IST as needed.
