communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectationsAbility to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teamsPrevious configuration experience preferred, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organizationProven consultative skills to guide clients and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner\nExperience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines\nAble to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changes\nExhibits problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate\nDemonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction\nProven experience, demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available training and Workday documentation\nExperience defining global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines\nPrior experience in related HRMS (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft) in delivery or AMS/post-production support capacity is an added
