The candidate should be capable of independently managing requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder discussions across Workday HCM and Compensation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, enhance, and support Workday Core HCM and Compensation solutions.\nConfigure HCM components including organizations, staffing structures, job profiles, positions, business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, and approvals.\nConfigure Compensation components including compensation packages, grades, grade profiles, salary plans, allowance plans, bonus plans, eligibility rules, and related business processes.\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.\nLead complex configuration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support activities.\nDevelop and troubleshoot Workday reports and calculated fields.\nSupport testing, configuration migration, deployment, release activities, and post-production validation.\nCollaborate with HR, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Integration, Payroll, and other Workday teams.\nParticipate in client workshops and provide functional recommendations and solution options.\nLead assigned workstreams and mentor junior and mid-level consultants.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and Workday optimization.\nExperience\n8 to 10 years of relevant HR Technology and Workday experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM and Compensation.\nExperience in Workday implementation, enhancements, and/or AMS production support.\nExperience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, testing, configuration migration, and release activities.\nExperience supporting global Workday implementations or multi-country environments.\nExperience leading functional workstreams and mentoring team members.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday certification in HCM and/or Compensation.\nAdvanced Compensation experience is an added advantage.\nExposure to Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, or Integrations is an added advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.\nAbility to independently own requirements from design through deployment and support.\nWhat We Believe\nWe're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
