The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Orchestration, and Workday Extend, enabling seamless integrations and innovative business solutions across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Orchestration.Build and support custom applications using Workday Extend to address complex business requirements and enhance Workday capabilities.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.Develop integrations with third-party systems including payroll providers, benefits carriers, and other enterprise applications.Manage and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.Configure and maintain PECI/PICOF integrations for payroll interfaces.Build and enhance Workday Orchestration workflows for new business processes and integration requirements.Develop and maintain Benefit Connectors supporting Open Enrollment, Life Events, and carrier feeds.Design, deploy, and maintain Workday Extend applications integrated with Workday business processes, reports, and external systems.Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Workday Extend applications.\nPerform regular integration audits and monitor scheduled integration jobs.\nSupport Workday release cycles, including impact assessment, regression testing, and validation activities.\nCreate and maintain technical design documentation, deployment guides, and operational support documentation.\nWhat You Need (Required Qualifications)\n8+ years of overall IT/consulting experience with 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience.\nStrong experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Extend development.\nProven expertise in Workday Studio for designing and building complex integrations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) - Inbound and Outbound.\nExtensive experience with Core Connectors.\nIn-depth knowledge of PECI and PICOF frameworks.\nExperience working with Workday Orchestration.\nExperience building and supporting Benefit Connectors.Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications using Workday Extend.Strong understanding of Workday Extend architecture, business objects, security framework, and application lifecycle management.Experience integrating Workday Extend applications with Workday Studio, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems.Proficiency in XSLT, XPath, XML, JSON, and related integration technologies.Strong understanding of the Workday data model and business objects.Experience working with Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)\nWorkday Integration Certification.Workday Extend Certification.Workday HCM Certification.Experience in Agile delivery environments.Prior client-facing consulting experience.Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or Benefits implementations.Skills\nworkday, workday extend, workday studio, eib, core connector, peci, picof, orchestration, workday web services, rest api, soap api, xml, json, xslt, xpath, benefits connector\nWhat We Believe\nAt UST, we believe in fostering innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.
