The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, or other Workday functional areas, along with proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.\nThe Workday Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client communications while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThis individual will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and client leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end Workday implementation and consulting projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.\nManage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and change requests.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and project reviews.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including Workday consultants, technical resources, functional leads, and client stakeholders.\nMonitor project performance and proactively identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, contractual requirements, and established quality standards.Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and project profitability.Provide regular project status reports to clients and internal leadership.Support client decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.Ensure effective knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition to ongoing support teams.Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and client satisfaction.Required Skills & Experience\n5+ years of project management experience, preferably within enterprise software implementations or consulting.3+ years of experience managing Workday implementation or optimization projects.Experience leading projects across the full implementation lifecycle.Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, or other Workday functional modules.Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills & Experience\nWorkday Project Management certification or relevant Workday implementation experience.PMP, CAPM, or other recognized project management certification.\nExperience working within a Workday Partner or professional services consulting organization.\nExperience managing multiple Workday modules or large-scale enterprise implementations.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.\nExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.\nBenefits & Perks\n Flexible/hybrid working arrangements.\nHealth insurance.Novated Car Lease.Access to UST Perks (Reward Gateway), which offers discounts across major retailers.Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion\n Diversity and Inclusion are among the founding blocks of how UST as an organisation translates its values of Humility, Humanity, and Integrity into practice.\nAbout UST\nFor more than 25 years, UST has worked side by side with the world's best companies to make a real impact through digital transformation.
