We are committed to removing barriers and creating opportunities for ALL to participate.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Bookkeeper to oversee our financial recording, payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and year-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial statements, manage audits, and support seamless accounting operations.\nMonthly Operations\nDeposits & Disbursements: Record all incoming deposits and pay all invoices and outgoing disbursements accurately in QuickBooks.\nBank Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for checking and investment accounts.\nPayroll Processing: Reconcile and submit payroll via GUSTO software system, 2 times per month during office visits.\nFinancial Reporting: Produce monthly financial reports including the balance sheet, profit & loss statements, check register, and other requested reports.
