Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game.\nThe Role\nTo assist Sr Manager, NC Facility Operations with facility maintenance and repair projects including carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and installing or repairing locks.\nPerform basic carpentry repairs including doors, cabinets, frameworks, and fixtures.\nConduct light electrical maintenance including replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.\nPerform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing minor leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures.\nComplete HVAC preventative maintenance tasks including filter changes and basic inspections.\nPerform painting, drywall patching, ceiling tile replacement, and other general repairs.\nInstall and repair door hardware including locks, hinges, and closures.\nRespond to daily maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.\nConduct routine inspections and cleaning of storage, electrical, and mechanical rooms.\nAssist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment.\nOperate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.\nAssist with facility setup and breakdown for campus events and activities.\nMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.\nAssist with operating facility equipment such as lifts, forklifts, and golf carts when required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWho You Are\n1-3 years of facilities maintenance or related experience preferred.\n\nBasic knowledge of general maintenance and building systems, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.\n\nAbility to safely operate hand tools and power tools.\n\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.\n\nAbility to work at heights and around operational equipment when required.\n\nAbility to lift, carry, and move equipment as required for maintenance tasks.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh energy level and strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.\n\nAbility to work a full-time schedule that may include nights and weekends.\n\nThis position is designated as on-site at the Orlando, FL campus and requires the employee to be physically present to perform job duties.\n\nWhat We Offer\n At the USTA, we know people are our most important asset. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify.
