Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game!\nThe Role\nTo manage, facilitate, and execute email marketing initiatives across the USTA’s National, Section, District, Community Tennis, and Pro Tennis Divisions.\nStrategy & Campaign Execution:\nOversee and carry out daily email campaign requests as assigned.\nDesign, deploy, and refine automated trigger programs (such as abandoned cart or birthday emails) and lifecycle customer journeys (including welcome, renewal, and winback series), driving strategy, audience targeting, and performance evaluation.\nManage campaign deployment schedules and actively monitor deliverability.\nAudience Segmentation & Personalization:\nLeverage customer data, conditional logic, dynamic content, and personalization rules to build targeted audience segments and deliver relevant messaging.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to develop audience segments and campaign workflows.\nContent, Design & Quality Assurance:\nPartner with content and creative teams to design and produce engaging, visually compelling email assets.\nDevelop, maintain, and periodically modernize modular email templates and reusable components.\nResolve technical issues using HTML and CSS while executing ad-hoc template updates.\nEnsure seamless rendering, optimal functionality, and quality control across all major email clients, browsers, and mobile devices.\nAnalytics, Optimization & Best Practices:\nTrack, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics to deliver actionable insights, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize future performance.\nAnalyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify trends and insights, and independently make recommendations and decisions to optimize program performance\nAct as the subject matter expert on industry standards, email design, deliverability, and regulatory compliance (including CAN-SPAM and CASL).\nGuide, train, and support internal self-service and full-service marketing teams through the end-to-end email development workflow.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree required\n4+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns using top-tier Email Service Providers (ESPs) or Marketing Automation platformsStrong preference for candidates with experience using Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Journey Optimizer\n\nProficiency in HTML/CSS with proven expertise in debugging and troubleshooting code; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is highly desirable\nFamiliarity with mobile communications channels, particularly SMS and push notifications, is a plus\nPractical experience navigating CRM platforms, managing campaign tools, and working with complex datasets using a data-driven, analytical approach\nExceptional written and oral communication, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of multitasking and reliably hitting target deadlines\nCollaborative team player who can also operate autonomously with light guidance\nAbility to excel in a high-volume, dynamic, and fast-paced environment\nPositive outlook with a strong drive to continuously learn and develop alongside a high-performing team and organization\nWhat We Offer\nAt the USTA, we know people are our most important asset. This role is eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) bonus up to 5%. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify.
