The Role To manage, facilitate, and execute email marketing initiatives across the USTA’s National, Section, District, Community Tennis, and Pro Tennis Divisions. Strategy & Campaign Execution: Oversee and carry out daily email campaign requests as assigned. Design, deploy, and refine automated trigger programs (such as abandoned cart or birthday emails) and lifecycle customer journeys (including welcome, renewal, and winback series), driving strategy, audience targeting, and performance evaluation.
