coating defects early, such as tablet sticking, picking, twinning, orange peel, erosion, or color variation.\n\nLine Clearance & Cleaning: Execute thorough washing, solvent/water flushing, and sanitation of coating pans, ducting, and solution preparation vessels (Type A/B cleaning) during line clearances.\n\nBMR & Logbook Entry: Record operational data, processing times, solution consumption, and machine usage real-time in equipment logbooks and BMRs following ALCOA+ rules.\n\nTablet Loading & Unloading: Safely transfer core tablets from IPC bins into the coating pan and unload finished coated tablets into sealed, labeled containers.\n\nSafety & EHS Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines for handling organic/aqueous solvents, wear required safety gear (respirators, goggles, gloves), and maintain 5S discipline in the coating
