We are proud and confident in our heritage, our capabilities and our people and believe that by creating a culture where individuals feel they can make a difference and enjoy coming to work, we can deliver the best possible service to our customers.\nOur core values of Expertise, Innovation and Integrity provide a clear daily guide to how we work together safely, as one team, helping each other to succeed.\n Role & Responsibilities:\nCarry out comprehensive cleaning duties on site across all areas including office spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, workshops, and communal areas.\nOperate and maintain light cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers in accordance with manufacturer guidelines\nEnsure all areas are cleaned to the required standard and maintained in a hygienic condition at all times.\nStock, organise, and manage cleaning supplies and materials, reporting when supplies require replenishment.\nDispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company policy and environmental regulations\nPerform routine maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any faults or damage to management.\nAdhere to health and safety regulations and best practices whilst carrying out cleaning duties.\nCommunicate effectively with site management and other team members regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered.\nMaintain flexibility with working hours and be prepared to adjust schedules as required by operational needs.\nKeep accurate records of cleaning activities and any incidents or concerns on site\n No formal qualifications required\nPreferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related roles\nSkills, Experience and Personal Behaviours\nProficient English language skills (reading and writing)\nPhysical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning duties\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards\nReliability and strong punctuality record\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nManual dexterity and capability to operate cleaning equipment safely\nWillingness to adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices\nFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements\nFlexibility to travel as and when required (if applicable)\nWilling to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check\nFull UK driving licence\n For you, as a potential UTAC team member, we believe that the international and diverse nature of our business combined with the passion, energy and friendliness of our people create a great place to work.
