You will work closely with the Head of Communications to implement the internal communications plan and develop engaging, relevant communications materials for employees across UTAC globally.\nResponsibilities\nEditorial: conducting interviews, writing, reviewing, and publishing content for the UTAC intranet. You will be responsible for the weekly intranet newsletter.\nIntranet Management: Manage and maintain the UTAC intranet, ensuring content is accurate, relevant and up to date.\nAudiovisual Content: Manage the UTAC media library and support the creation and editing of video content.\nEvents: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal communications meetings and events.\nGraphic Design: Create engaging and relevant visual content to support internal communications projects and initiatives.\nStakeholder Engagement: Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support their communication needs.\nInternal Communications Projects: In a constantly evolving environment, you will contribute your expertise to all future internal communications projects.\nAct in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC staff at all times.\n Degree-level qualification in Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.\nExperience\n3-5 years experience in communications, including internships or apprenticeships.\nExperience managing the back office of websites and SharePoint.\nExperience in graphic design and video editing.\nManaging multiple projects simultaneously.\nWorking in environments involving regular interactions with senior management.\nSkills\nEssential\nExcellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all organisational levels, through compelling content.\nStrong project coordination, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nConfidence using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nDesired\nProficiency in reading, writing and speaking French.\nPersonal Behaviours\nProactive and self-motivated, able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.\nExceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality outputs.\nStrong relationship builder with a collaborative approach.\nOther\nFlexibility to travel as and when required\nFull UK driving licence\nWilling to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check\n For you, as a potential UTAC team member, we believe that the international and diverse nature of our business combined with the passion, energy and friendliness of our people create a great place to work.
