In this role, you will identify risks and opportunities and interact with functional leaders on financial management, risk management, and internal audit matters.\n Responsibilities:\n Preparation (oversight of preparation) of monthly IFRS financial statements and management reporting;\n\n Building financial controlling processes;\n\n Development, updating, and implementation of financial control policies, regulations, and procedures;\n\n Ensuring that all company processes comply with Russian legislation and the compliance principles of the company’s head office (HQ);\n\n Development and implementation of a risk management system;\n\n Providing consulting support to the company’s structural units when agreeing on risk assessments and developing risk response methods;\n\n Supporting audits (external and internal audit);\n\n Reporting to the company’s management;\n\n Project management, including automation of 1C software products (proven experience is required);\n\n Overseeing the accounting department’s work as part of control activities for fast month closing;\n\n Building a budgeting system with subsequent automation.\n\n Requirements:\n Higher professional education in economics/finance/accounting/audit;\n\n At least 5 years of experience with similar tasks;\n\n Documented certificates confirming completion of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) exams are an advantage;\n\n English, spoken and written - Upper-Intermediate or above;\n\n Strong communication skills, results-oriented.\n\n Conditions:\n Salary level is discussed based on the interview results, depending on the candidate’s professional level;\n\n Annual bonus;\n\n Meal compensation;\n\n Voluntary medical insurance (VHI) after the probation period;\n\n Payment for fitness/additional training, mobile communication;\n\n Office work -
