challenges and identify opportunities for process, operational, and technology improvements.\nDevelop process maps, workflows, use cases, and other business analysis documentation.\nSupport business case development and recommendations that help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.\nContribute to utility transformation engagements involving areas such as AMI, MDM, CIS, customer experience and digital transformation, grid modernization, operational excellence, and strategic advisory services.\nConduct gap analyses, research industry trends and emerging technologies, and support solution evaluations.\nPrepare presentations, reports, executive summaries, and other client-facing materials.\nParticipate in client meetings and help coordinate activities across clients, vendors, and project teams.\nSupport testing, validation, training, and business readiness activities.\nCollect and analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to inform client decision-making.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related discipline\n1-3 years of relevant experience\nExperience in utilities, energy, municipal services, engineering consulting, or technology projects is considered an asset\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements is considered an asset\nExperience with Power BI, data analysis, or reporting tools is considered an asset\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams\nFamiliarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Blueworks is considered an asset\nUnderstanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is considered an asset\nUnderstanding of AI and its potential applications and impacts within large organizations is considered an asset\nAbility to transform information into clear, actionable
