We hold every detail to the highest standard and never scale at the expense of quality.\nResponsibilities\nAs QA Team Lead, you’ll own quality across Utila’s product, for new features and for everything already in production. You’ll lead the QA team, set how we test and automate, and decide what “done” means before anything ships. It’s a system where a wrong result costs real money.\nWhat you’ll own\nThe quality strategy for new features and the existing product: what must be tested, at which layer, and what “done” means before a release.\nThe QA team: hiring, coaching, workload, and reviewing test plans and automation. You stay close enough to the product to challenge a weak plan.\nThe automation direction, building on our existing Go unit, integration and end-to-end suites. You decide what belongs in automation, what stays exploratory, and what becomes a release gate.\nHow the team uses AI in test design, failure analysis and automation, including the standard for checking that output before it affects a release.\nRequirements\n5+ years in software QA, including 2+ years leading testers or owning quality for a product area.\nExperience with API testing tools and frameworks.\nA track record of setting test strategy as well as executing it.\nStrong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills. When something breaks, you find out why.\nWorking knowledge of AI tools and experience applying them in testing and QA.\nExperience hiring and developing testers.\nStrongly preferred\nDomain experience with digital assets.\nHands-on work with automated end-to-end tests.\nExperience on a system where a wrong result costs real money or breaks a financial control.\nA product-oriented mindset: you think about how quality shows up for the customer.\nWhere we build\nHybrid: 4 days a week from our Tel Aviv office, with an on-site gym, a dog-friendly office, and dedicated parking.\nOwn the problem.
