And that’s okay.\nResponsibilities\nAs our Sales Director, USA, you’ll lead and grow Utila’s enterprise revenue across the United States. You’ll win new logos, expand strategic accounts, and build executive relationships with institutional customers. You’ll work directly with Leadership, Marketing and Product to shape our go-to-market, close complex deals, and establish Utila as the category leader in institutional digital asset infrastructure. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy, uncapped growth potential and commissions, and an immediate impact on how we grow in new markets.\nIf you thrive in consultative enterprise sales, enjoy navigating long sales cycles, and know how to turn complex technology into business value, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll own\nUtila’s enterprise sales motion across the USA: driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and consistently closing high-value deals.\nLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives, security teams, compliance and technical buyers.\nBuild and execute a regional GTM strategy with Marketing and Leadership, identifying priority markets, ICPs and verticals.\nDevelop strong executive relationships with customers and partners, positioning Utila as a long-term strategic infrastructure provider.\nBring market feedback to Product and PMM to influence roadmap priorities and sharpen our messaging.\nPipeline forecasting and revenue targets, with high standards for deal qualification, CRM hygiene and reporting.\nRequirements\n7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-ACV deals in the US market.\nExperience selling technical or infrastructure products, ideally in fintech, crypto, security, payments or regulated environments.\nA proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage stakeholders across business, legal, compliance and engineering.\nStrong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.\nYou take initiative, work autonomously and see deals through, and you’re comfortable in a fast-growing startup.\nNice to have\nA strong existing network within banks, fintechs or PSPs.\nExperience selling custody, wallet infrastructure or payments SaaS products.\nWhy Join Us?\nOwn the problem.
