We hold every detail to the highest standard and never scale at the expense of quality.\nResponsibilities\nAs our Senior Controller, you’ll report directly to our VP Finance and take broad responsibility across accounting, financial operations, reporting, budgeting, controls and compliance. You’ll run the day-to-day finance function and keep building the processes and infrastructure a fast-growing global company needs. The role combines accounting leadership with systems, controls and business partnership, and there’s plenty of room for the scope to grow as we scale.\nWhat you’ll own\nThe monthly, quarterly and annual close, end to end, with accurate and timely financial reporting.\nLead accounting operations across the US parent company and international subsidiaries, and manage the bookkeeping function.\nRun balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, cash reconciliations and working capital reporting.\nManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections together with the broader Finance team.\nOversee revenue recognition and contract accounting for SaaS customer agreements.\nBuild and keep improving our financial processes, internal controls, reconciliations and accounting policies, along with finance systems, automation, reporting infrastructure and data quality.\nLead the day-to-day work with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers and other finance vendors, and support statutory reporting, tax filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.\nPartner with department leaders on their budgets: track actual spend against budget, identify variances, and support forecasting, cost control, annual budgeting and periodic reforecasts.\nWork with FP&A and business stakeholders so that reporting and forecasts reflect what’s actually happening in the business.\nSupport audits, due diligence and other strategic finance projects, and help build the Finance team and its processes as we scale.\nRequirements\nCPA with a Big 4 background.\n5+ years of in-house finance experience after Big 4, with meaningful Controller-level responsibility, across at least two in-house roles or companies.\nSignificant experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting, and a solid understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and customer contract accounting.\nExperience managing multi-entity, international accounting environments.\nA proven ability to run a monthly close independently, end to end.\nExperience overseeing or professionally managing bookkeeping or accounting teams.\nExperience with departmental budgets, budget-to-actual analysis and financial forecasting.\nHigh proficiency in Excel, and comfort with financial systems and large datasets.\nA hands-on, detail-oriented approach that keeps the broader business and financial context in view.\nYou build and improve processes rather than simply running the ones you inherit.\nClear communication with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders alike.\nComfort in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities change.\nFluent English.\nNice to have\nExperience with QuickBooks and/or Priority.\nExperience with NetSuite, including taking part in an ERP implementation or migration.\nExperience working with US and Israeli entities.\nExperience with SaaS billing, collections and revenue operations.\nExperience implementing finance systems, automation and scalable reporting processes.\nExperience supporting audits, fundraising or financial due diligence.\nWhy This Role?\nThis is an opportunity to take significant ownership of the finance infrastructure of a rapidly growing global technology company.\nThe role combines accounting leadership with financial operations, budgeting, systems, controls and business partnership, with significant room to expand in scope and responsibility as the company continues to scale.\nWhat We Offer?\nHybrid: 4 days a week from our Tel Aviv office, with an on-site gym, a dog-friendly office, and dedicated parking.\nOwn the problem.
