here.\nJoin us, and help build something big.\nResponsibilities\nYou will own and evolve the infrastructure that powers Utila's platform, from cloud architecture and Infrastructure-as-Code to CI/CD, observability, and the security posture of our production systems.\nDesign, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS, using Pulumi (IaC), with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, enabling fast, safe, and auditable delivery for our backend services.\nPartner closely with the backend team on Go development tasks, from infrastructure-adjacent services and tooling to production-readiness improvements in core services.\nOperate and evolve our Kubernetes environments, networking, and secrets management, ensuring high availability and strong sensitive data isolation.\nDrive our monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices, and continuously raise the bar on observability across the stack.\nEmbed security best practices into our infrastructure and delivery pipelines, IAM, network policies, secret handling, and compliance-aligned controls.\nCollaborate on architectural and technological decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and help shape engineering standards across the team.\nRequirements\nMust-Have\n5+ years of professional DevOps / Infrastructure experience, in high-scale cloud services or SaaS products.\nExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to collaboration and a team-player attitude.\nDeep experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS), including networking, IAM, and managed services at scale.\nStrong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi, Terraform, or similar) in production environments.\nProduction experience with Kubernetes and modern container-based delivery.\nSolid experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or equivalent).\nStrong scripting and/or development skills, with the ability to read, write, and review production code.\nExperience operating PostgreSQL or other managed databases in production.\nNice To Have\nSoftware development background with production experience in Go (or a strong willingness and track record of contributing code to backend services).\nStrong security background, cloud security, identity, secrets management, threat modeling, or experience in a security-engineering / DevSecOps role.\nExperience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar).\nFamiliarity with applied cryptography, blockchain technology, or other security-sensitive financial systems.\nExperience working in regulated / compliance-heavy environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001,
