Join us and become part of a growing organization where your contributions make a meaningful impact.\nThe Claims Manger is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating internal and external risks that could threaten the organization's financial stability, legal standing, or operational integrity. This role involves designing and implementing risk management strategies, managing corporate insurance and claims, and fostering a culture of compliance and safety across all divisions.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nIdentify Risks: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments covering financial, operational, strategic, and safety hazards.\n Build Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s enterprise risk management (ERM) policies and protocols.\nQuantify Impact: Analyze the potential financial and operational impact of identified risks to prioritize mitigation efforts.\nManage Claims: Oversee the end-to-end management of corporate claims, including property damage, general and third-party liability, commercial motor vehicle and fleet claims, workers’ compensation and employee injury claims, contractual claims, and cyber, privacy, and fraud incidents.\nPartner with Insurers: Act as the primary liaison with insurance brokers, adjusters, and legal counsel to negotiate coverage and settle claims.\nReduce Losses: Analyze claim trends to identify root causes and implement proactive loss-control programs.\nMonitor Regulations: Ensure company operations comply with all local, state, and federal laws and industry regulations.\nReport to Leadership: Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.\nBusiness Continuity: Develop, test, and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans.\nTrain Employees: Design and deliver risk awareness, safety, and compliance training programs for staff.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nDegree: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.\nExperience: 5+ years of direct experience in corporate risk management, insurance management, or compliance.\n Credentials: Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are highly preferred.\nTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial insurance structures, claims management processes, and legal frameworks.\nAnalytical Skills: Advanced data analysis skills to spot trends in claims data, financial risks, or compliance gaps.\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n Tools: Proficiency with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) and data analysis tools.\n\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance plans;
