We value people who take ownership, challenge the status quo, and want to build solutions that make a measurable difference\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThe EV Estimator Specialist is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals for EV charging infrastructure projects. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and financial incentive calculations while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality proposals are delivered on time and meet client, technical, and program requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare project cost estimates and develop detailed proposals for EV charging installations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.\n Prepare electrical one-line diagrams and RFPs for projects and support the electrical estimator and other project requirements as needed.\nCalculate and apply financial incentives and financing proposals in accordance with program requirements.\nCoordinate communication with equipment vendors, request quotes, check equipment eligibility for rebate programs, and assist with orders if needed.\nCreate and manage professional proposals ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.\nManage multiple RFPs and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.\nCommunicate and coordinate with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and required information.\nEnsure all proposals comply with client requirements, technical standards, and internal quality guidelines.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)\nExperience in estimation, electrical construction, or infrastructure projects is a plus.\nExperience in the U.S. market is a plus.\nGood understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.\nAbility to interpret technical documents, drawings, and RFP requirements.\nStrong attention to details and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or above.\n Work schedule:\nMonday -
