Following significant revenue growth in 2024 and 2025, Energy5 continues to expand its role in the transition toward sustainable transportation and energy infrastructure.\n About the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our Power and EV business lines through financial planning, forecasting, project profitability analysis, and management reporting. The role will work closely with US leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for margin improvement, and support strategic business decisions.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with hands-on project financial analysis experience and a solid understanding of the EV charging or e-mobility industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts covering revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.\nPerform monthly variance analysis, comparing actual results against budget and forecast, and explain key financial drivers to US leadership.\nDevelop and maintain driver-based financial models linking sales pipeline, backlog, win rates, crew capacity, and installation volumes to revenue and profitability.\nAnalyze profitability by business line, project type, customer segment, and region/state, recommending actions to improve margins and financial performance.\nPrepare management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and presentations for US leadership.\nForecast cash flow based on project billing milestones, customer collections, and supplier payments.\nConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decisions related to expansion, pricing, hiring, crew capacity, and incentive or rebate programs.\nReview work-in-progress (WIP), backlog, and job cost data with accounting and project teams to ensure forecasts reflect actual project conditions.\nPartner with US operations, sales, project managers, and accounting to collect forecast inputs and ensure financial data accuracy.\nTranslate financial analysis into actionable recommendations to improve estimating assumptions, pricing, cost control, and project margins.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nMinimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, project controlling, or project financial analysis, including hands-on project estimate vs. actual analysis and variance analysis.\nAt least 2 years of finance experience in EV charging infrastructure, e-mobility, or EV manufacturing/automotive programs.\nProven track record of translating financial analysis into recommendations that have been implemented and delivered measurable business improvements.\nExperience reporting to international management;
