Our greatest strength is our people, whose expertise, collaboration, and integrity help deliver meaningful results and lasting impact.\n\nWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Part-Time IT Support Specialist to support the day-to-day IT operations of our office in Gurugram, Sector 61.\n\nEmployment Type: Part-Time.\nWork Schedule: 5:00pm - 10:00pm (IST) - Fully on Site (No Hybrid, No WFH).\nLocation: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana - 122011.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Support: Provide on-site IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nWorkstation Setup & Maintenance: Set up employee workstations, install and maintain Windows 10/11 devices, and configure hardware, peripherals, drivers, and BIOS/UEFI settings.\nMicrosoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Entra ID.\nDevice Management: Support device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nNetwork Support: Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall issues, and maintain network cabling and patch panels.\nIT Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and maintain server room equipment, including racks, UPS systems, cooling, power connections, and cabling.\nIT Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT inventory records, track equipment assignments, and document hardware changes.\nRemote IT Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with the remote IT team, follow technical instructions, and provide updates on IT issues and resolutions.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.\nWindows Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 installation, imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, drivers, and BIOS/UEFI settings.\n Hardware Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. Lenovo ThinkPad experience is a plus.\nMicrosoft 365: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user and license management, and Outlook and Teams troubleshooting.\nEndpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.\nNetworking & Security: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling, VPNs, and firewall basics.
