Hybrid, No WFH).\nLocation: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana - 122011.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials and their applications.\n Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse teams, and vendors to support successful project execution.\n Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability across projects and warehouse locations.\nReview project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bidding Packages and coordinate procurement requirements with operations and business development teams.\nMaintain and improve item master data and naming standards within Utilities One's Single Source of Truth (SSOT).\nAnalyze spreadsheets, inventory reports, and procurement data to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n Ensure materials, pricing, vendors, and inventory transactions are correctly entered and maintained within company systems.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience in Telecom, Water Utility, or Electric Utility construction materials.\nExperience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.\n Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.\n Experience managing item master data, inventory records, or procurement databases.\n Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple
