This position drives compliance to company-wide processes and policies. Reporting to the Director of Business Process and Organization Excellence. The Process Analyst assists in mapping existing workflows, identifying gaps, and establishing standardized procedures. The Process Analyst develops and deploys data collection and analysis methodologies to surface non-compliance with procedures and policies.\n\nThis is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of how the business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both process development and data analytics /compliance monitoring\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Compliance Monitoring: Develop, deploy, and oversee robust methodologies and auditing tools to monitor adherence to company policies and identify areas of non-compliance.\nRoot Cause & Gap Analysis: Utilize insights from compliance reviews to conduct thorough gap analyses, identifying specific operational weaknesses and systemic process failures.\nData Analytics & Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and maintain compliance dashboards and reporting platforms that aggregate existing systemic data to proactively surface, track, and analyze non-compliance trends across the organization.\n Executive Reporting: Regularly report compliance metrics and adoption trends directly to the Director of Business Process and Organizational Excellence.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nProven experience in business process management, operations, or organizational development.\nStrong background in building SOPs, process mapping, and operational strategy.\nHands-on experience with BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, etc.)\nExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\nData extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis skills, especially in a Microsoft based environment, even better if you have experience in DataSphere and Power BI. \nExperience in fast-growing or multi-division companies is preferred.\n Work schedule:\nMonday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary package;\nBeing part of an international, dynamic work environment;\nProfessional development (seminars, courses);\n Medical Insurance (MedLife) - subject to successful completion of the probation period;
